Due to the hygienic nature of the products, purchases made are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

Therefore will be final sale.


Shipping and Processing can take up to 7 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. LÈVRE LLC will not be liable once package is with the carrier. Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays with the carrier.



It is highly suggested to do a small patch test for allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products. Please discontinue use if you experience any irritation.


Will my product melt/freeze/dry/expire/etc.?

If the product is exposed to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture. Color of gloss may vary from clear to yellowish clear due to handmade processing.  The consistency of lip balm may change from smooth to textured due to the combination of essential oils with other natural products. Please store in a cool and dry place.

While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended to be used within 3 months after opening for best product quality.
